Highlights of 4th Webinar
On 1st July 2021, Savour! held its 4th webinar titled Green Plan Dialogue 2030: Sourcing Food Sustainably in the 21st Century. We had 5 speakers who represented the government, corporate, non-profit organization, F&B company, and student environmental club.
Our first speaker was Louis Ng. He is a Member of Parliament for Nee Soon Group Representation Constituency for Nee Soon East and Founder of ACRES.
Our second speaker was Rachel Ooi is the Sales and Business Development Lead of abillion.
Our third speaker was Rupa Shree Sekar, a rigorous environmentalist and Project Lead of Bye Bye Plastic Bags Singapore.
Our fourth speaker was Kay Lee, a sustainability advocate, and writer who has more than 2 years of experience promoting sustainability in Singapore through actively advocating for causes and engaging in freelance writing.
Last but not the least, our fifth speaker was Augustine Tan, the co-founder of Ugly Food.
Moderated by Tanya and Simran who handle business development and marketing at Savour! respectively, the webinar was held on Zoom where we had over 50 participants listening to the panelists’ insightful sharing on Sustainability. They had the chance to learn more about adopting sustainable practices from different stakeholders’ perspectives.
